  • Modo

    Modo is a unique hot yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional (hatha) yoga in a specially heated room. This challenging, healthy all-level sequence of postures and breathing exercises is a foundational alignment based practice. All levels welcome; the perfect place to start as well as deepen your practice.

  • Modo Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. The Modo sequence flows in an invigorating and accessible vinyasa style, emphasizing the synergy between breath and movement. Postures are dynamically linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow (suryanamaskar) sequences. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Modo series first.

  • Yang/Yin

    This class intentionally creates a deeper sense of balance as it integrates active and passive postures with breathing (pranayama) exercises and meditation. The first half of class is a challenging and innovative vinyasa flow, followed by a more restorative Yin sequence of longer held passive postures designed to create space within connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments. Explore your boundaries, find your edge and surrender to inner peace. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with vinyasa flow yoga.

  • Vinyasa 2

    Through a variety of traditions and conscious sequencing, this advanced vinyasa class will build strength, flexibility, and balance through cultivating compassionate practices, as well as provide the space to discover the truths within transitions. All levels welcome although beginners are encouraged to be familiar with vinyasa yoga.

  • Hot Yin

    This gentle yet challenging class involves longer holds (3-5 minutes) of passive postures sequenced to create space within deep muscle tissue and fascia. On an energetic level this style of yoga is more meditative, integrating pranayama (breathing exercises) and allowing an overall deeper sense of calm.  Suitable for all levels.

  • Freestyle Flow

    A challenging and innovative vinyasa flow class inspired by our senior Modo teachers. Each class has its unique and creative focus rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing.
